This facility is to be allowed against equitable mortgage of Hospital Building/Clinic .

Title of the property must be verified and certified by our approved advocate for the purpose, as clear, marketable and free from all encumbrances.

For Medical equipment

This facility is to be allowed normally against the new equipment’s required by the Doctor/Hospital for their clinic.
